January 2010 We have revised our sample examination data gathering methods, expanding on abundance categories to more clearly capture the subtle changes that might be of local or regional correlative value. All foram and nannofossil sample data are now generated in this way as our standard procedure. In addition, Paleo-Data will customize the data capture methodology and taxonomic usage for clients as required, particularly those with on-staff biostratigraphers needing to apply a consistent approach to established or preferred in-house method.
